The doors are opening Wednesday at the Bank Street Tavern, an upscale eatery in New Milford. The long-anticipated debut of the Bank Street restaurant will be hosted by business partners Chad Yonker and Thomas Pietroski , who started work on the former Forsythia Restaurant at the beginning of the year.
